You seem to be dwelling in the past, reminiscing about what you liked in the good old days. It would be nice to see the genre go, you know, forward. Each time a new game comes out that does not resemble your favorites, you talk negatively about it. People come here to learn about new things and learn about the genre. Not to hear a few people talking about the experiences they love. And especially not to hear you guys say a game is doomed before it starts.
