(I'm a slow listener - just getting caught up!)

When you talk about Dunder Mifflin I find it interesting that the game experience that you describe (restrictive, not much fun, at one point complaining is mentioned as a fun activity) is actually precisely the experience of office work portrayed in the series. The poor design of the interface and laborious procedures mirror the nonsensical bureaucracy of the office. It's interesting that you're still persevering despite this, just as real office workers do!

With Let's Change the Game, the amount of support from CRUK is unclear at the moment (I'm not sure that they currently own the SecondLife island that's talked about for example), but fund-raising is mentioned as part of the process, so the winning team would need to raise money to increase their budget. Also the potential infrastructure that the winners would have access to means that the budget is likely to go a lot further than it would do otherwise.
