hey guys! great show. i loved all the topics but especially enjoyed the discussion about pacing a game. i know for me during sammeeeees having the scheduled thursday "game night" was great. it kept a schedule for the story development and for the playing community. i chucked this idea for the sequel and "explored" :P a more seat of my pants slash player response design. although it was exciting at times and left more room for me within the story to work off of the players decisions and interactions, i think the first design was much better about encouraging community play. and thanks for your talk about creating that space for the players to think and mull - i tend to try too hard to keep it entertaining and keep it entertaining and keep it entertaining - (breath) i'm working on something now that will hopefully reach out to a wider audience and i will definitely be implementing a schedule into the universe for many of the reasons that you good fellows discussed. thanks so much for sharing all your great thinking... and errmm (cough) singing. ;)
