I do feel the need to point out that the discussion was mainly focused on the single event that took place on that one Friday night.

That said, I personally don't feel particularly embarrassed about not finding the start of the GPS Mission for that amount of time. The grand total of "the clues given" to us was a piece of paper with the GPS Mission logo on it. Supposedly, dagada found it hard to locate the mission anyway (and now I know he had help, that further proves we had little to go on).

I completely agree that GPS Mission is a cool element for the story. It just turned out that due to commitments I had that particular weekend post-party, my phone charge and work during the week, it didn't work out this time.

Re: Breathe - Lex failed to mention the gps mission set by artemis (www.gpsmission.com) and the frustration endured trying to solve it. Was it embarrassing that after 3 days with the clues given at Pleasure principled that as a community, none of you with experience in search and decode had even found the start of the mission at Waterloo Bridge?

I planned, tested and created the riddles for that course, I was not allowed to interact with the players but i was instructed to get people onto the start of the mission. I saw this as a test in itself and went into character in order to signpost the mission to Dagada. For this action i was dropped from the production (potential spoilsport apparently!) and you now see that i receive no mention.

Whilst this is totally in the rights of the production to do this as nobody signed anything, It is still pretty poor show that a persons time and goodwill can be taken and not even a mention given in return.

I am a veteran of gps mission and to be honest quite excited about the chance to use a storyboard narrative to get around the course, in the end i felt that i was sidelined into a back story project that at the time 2 weeks before PttP had no substance, not even the theatrical management knew how they were gonna play it. I sat as the producers plucked names from the air and told me to go away and create a whole gps mission that had nothing to do with the story except include sundials and Latin inscriptions. I was told to make it difficult but playable over the week leading up to the Library event, all of which i completed in time for the PP Initiation.

You may or may not agree that whilst Droogie and the Morphs did a great show of being freakish, the real back story of why the 2 victims died and all that is never fully resolved instead you are left with more questions?

I found my time of the Breathe project to be very educational and whilst i didn't hit it off with everyone, i did meet some great peeps who all have invested a lot of time and effort for the same reasons. I wouldn't want to taint the overall view that it IS an exciting way to tell a story and full of potential. I close by wishing everyone well with the next one and that next time i get involved in something like this to be able integrate my component more fully into the experience.

My own sci-fi storyline starts next year and has the working title of 'Jumpunx' more on that later....
